# About Rotomal

Rotomal is a small AI automation studio based in Israel. We build automations, integrations and AI assistants for growing companies, and we run a portfolio of single-purpose software products, each aimed at one job that people still do by hand. This page explains who we are, how we work, and how we decide which products to build.

## What we do

- Workflow automation that connects the tools a team already uses.
- AI assistants and agents trained on a company's own content and rules, with a human in the loop where it matters.
- Integrations, APIs and MCP connectors that let Claude or ChatGPT read business systems safely.
- Document, invoice and reporting pipelines.
- Small internal tools that replace fragile spreadsheets.

## How we choose products

Each product starts from a concrete change people have to deal with: a deadline in a regulation, a retired feature, a manual task that keeps coming back. We publish a page for the product, describe exactly what it does and what it costs, and build the products people actually request.

Products in early access are offered at founding-customer prices, locked for 12 months from the start date.

## How we work

- Discover: a short call to map the manual work that costs the most time and money.
- Design: a fixed, concrete pilot with clear success criteria and a price agreed before work starts.
- Build: on the client's own stack, with data kept in the client's accounts.
- Operate: we run and maintain it, measure the time saved, and hand over full documentation.

## Principles

- No invented proof. We do not publish testimonials, ratings, customer counts or logos we cannot back up.
- Sources for facts. Every statistic on a product page links to the source it came from.
- You own what we build. Full handover, documentation and no lock-in.
- Plain prices. Every product page lists its plans and prices.
