See who is about to leave your Skool community, and reach them first
Member Radar is a Chrome extension and dashboard for paid Skool communities. It reads activity through your own browser session, flags members whose engagement is fading, drafts win-back messages you approve, keeps a CRM of notes and tags per member, and schedules posts. Results are reported as MRR saved, with the math shown.
- Churn risk score per member from login recency, post and comment activity, course progress and event attendance
- Win-back messages are drafted and sent at a human pace from your own account, with daily caps and approval by default
- Works through a browser extension because Skool has no public API; we say so plainly and design for it
Skool makes it easy to collect payments and hard to see who is drifting away
Paid communities on Skool live and die by retention. A member who stops logging in rarely announces it; they just cancel at the next renewal. Skool's admin view shows activity, but not a sorted list of who went quiet this week, and its native automation is a single welcome DM.
Owners fill the gap by hand. One vendor estimates 45–60 minutes a day of manual work: scrolling member lists, checking last-active dates, sending DMs one by one, keeping notes in a spreadsheet. That is time taken from the content and calls that keep people subscribed.
There is no public Skool API in 2026, so any tool here works through the browser. Member Radar designs around that constraint: human-paced actions from your own session, daily caps, and a clear status when Skool changes its pages. The payoff: a sorted list every morning of who to reach, a message ready to send, and a monthly number you can check.

With Member Radar

How it works
- 1
Install the extension and connect
Add the Chrome extension, open your Skool community, and Member Radar links it to your dashboard. No password is given to us; the extension works inside your logged-in session. About 10 minutes.
- 2
Activity is synced
On a schedule you set (default: twice a day, while your browser is open), the extension reads member lists, last-active dates, posts, comments, course progress and event RSVPs into your dashboard.
- 3
Risk is scored and messages drafted
Each member gets a churn risk score with the reasons shown. For members crossing your threshold, a win-back DM is drafted in your voice from templates you set and placed in an approval queue.
- 4
You approve, the extension sends, we report
Approve messages, or allow auto-send within your daily cap. The extension sends them from your account at a human pace. Thirty days later, the dashboard shows who stayed and the MRR retained, with the calculation visible.
Features
Churn risk scoring
A score per member from login recency, posting and commenting frequency, course progress, event attendance and renewal date, with the contributing factors listed. Thresholds are yours to set.
Win-back message queue
Templates with member variables, drafted per member, approved by you or auto-sent within a daily cap you choose. Messages go out from your account at a human pace, not a bot's.
Member CRM
Tags, notes, lifecycle stage and a timeline of touches per member. Filter by plan, join date, risk or tag. Export CSV any time.
Scheduled posts
Write and schedule posts in the dashboard; the extension publishes them at the set time while your browser is open. Weekly calendar view for drafts.
Onboarding sequences
Multi-step welcome sequences over the first 14 days (DMs and optional post mentions), replacing the single native welcome message. Each step counts against your daily cap.
MRR saved report
Monthly report: members flagged at risk, messaged, and still paying 30 days later, multiplied by their plan price. We show the formula and note that it is an estimate of retention, not proof of causation.
Breakage detection and status
If Skool changes its page structure and the extension cannot read something, the dashboard shows exactly what stopped working and when; nothing fails silently.
A look inside
What you see day to day: the working view and the monthly summary.
Who it's for
Owners of paid Skool communities with 100–2,000 members
Enough members that you cannot know everyone, few enough that one message still matters. You get a daily list of who to reach and a monthly retention number.
Coaches and course creators using Skool as their delivery platform
Your community is tied to a course or cohort. You get course-progress signals in the risk score and onboarding sequences that nudge people to lesson one.
Skool Games participants and growth-focused owners
You are optimizing MRR and competing on retention. You get the MRR saved report and the CRM to run win-back campaigns deliberately.

Compared with the alternatives
- Doing it by hand
- Free, and what most owners do: scan the member list, check last-active dates, DM people, keep a spreadsheet. The 45–60 minutes a day estimate is plausible for a few hundred members. Member Radar turns that into a 10-minute approval session.
- StickyHive, tools4skool, Skooly
- Established tools for Skool owners, also working through the browser, priced around $29–99 a month at StickyHive. They cover automation and integrations broadly; Member Radar is narrower: churn prediction, win-back and the MRR saved report, with a CRM around them.
- Skool's native features
- Free with your subscription and risk-free under platform rules. Today that means activity views and a single welcome DM. If Skool ships churn alerts and sequences natively, that will be the right tool, and we will say so.
Your first week
We onboard new accounts within 2 business days; the first week is about a clean sync, a calibrated risk threshold and the first approved win-back messages.
- Day 1: Setup call (30 minutes): install the extension, connect your community, enter plan prices, run the first sync together.
- Day 2–3: Review the first risk list; adjust thresholds and write or adapt win-back templates in your voice.
- Day 4–5: Approve the first batch of win-back messages within your daily cap; set up the onboarding sequence for new members.
- Day 7: Check-in: sync reliability, any Skool page changes, first replies from members, and the 30-day MRR report scheduled.
Security and data
- Synced community data, your CRM notes and message drafts are stored on servers we operate, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- We never receive or store your Skool password; the extension uses your existing browser session and can be removed at any time.
- Only you and the team seats you invite can access your dashboard; our support access is logged and requires your approval.
- Member data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation or within 14 days of a written request; individual members can be removed from your CRM immediately.
Questions
Does Skool have an API? How does this actually work?
Skool has no public API as of 2026. Member Radar works through a Chrome extension that runs inside your own logged-in Skool session, reads your community's pages and performs actions the way you would. That has real consequences: syncing only happens while your browser is open with the extension active; if Skool changes its page structure, parts of the tool can stop working until we update it (usually within a day or two; the dashboard shows what is affected); and automated actions carry some risk under Skool's terms of service, which is why messages are capped, human-paced and approved by you by default.
Could my Skool account get banned?
We cannot rule it out and will not pretend otherwise; Skool's terms are Skool's to enforce. We reduce the risk by keeping actions slow and low-volume, never storing your password, and defaulting to approval before any message is sent. If you prefer no automated sending at all, use Member Radar for scoring, CRM and drafts, and send messages yourself.
How is 'MRR saved' calculated, and can I trust it?
Members flagged at risk who received a win-back message and were still paying 30 days later, multiplied by their plan price. It is an estimate of retained revenue, not proof the message caused them to stay; we show the formula and the member list behind every number.
What data do you store?
Member names, profile links, activity dates and counts, course progress, your tags and notes, and the messages you send through the tool. Not member payment details (Skool does not expose them) and not your password. Members can be deleted individually from your CRM.
What if Skool builds this natively?
Then the native version will probably be the better choice, and we will tell you. We charge monthly without a contract; if the platform solves retention tooling itself, cancel in one click and export your CRM as CSV.
Is the product live?
Yes, for founding customers. We onboard new accounts within 2 business days, including installing the extension with you on a call and running the first sync. Founding-customer pricing is locked for 12 months.
