Payment policy
This payment policy explains how you pay for a Rotomal product. No payment is taken on this website and no card details are collected here. After we confirm your order by email, we send a secure payment link from a payment provider, which handles the payment on its own pages.
When you pay
- Requesting a product is free and takes no card.
- We confirm your order by email within one business day.
- Subscriptions are billed per the period shown on the plan; one-time services are paid once, after the scope is confirmed.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency of the market it serves: US dollars, euros, British pounds, Polish złoty or Israeli shekels. Founding-customer prices are locked for 12 months from your start date. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Security
Card numbers never reach our servers. Payment is processed by the payment provider named in the payment link, on its own secure pages.
Invoices
We issue an invoice or receipt for every payment. If you need company details on it, include them when you request the product or email hello@rotomal.com.
