What we collect

• Request forms. When you request a service we store the email address, company or website, plan, and notes you enter, plus the time, the page you came from and campaign parameters in the URL. We use this to confirm your order, set up your account and answer your questions.
• Checkout. We do not collect card numbers on this site. Payment, when it is taken, is handled by a payment provider on its own pages.
• Analytics. With your consent where required, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and which forms are completed. Google may set cookies; see Google's privacy policy. You can decline analytics in the banner on each page.
• Server logs. Our servers record page requests (path, time, a hashed IP address and browser type) for security and to count visits.

Legal basis and retention

We process form data to take the steps you asked for before a contract (and with your consent to be contacted). We keep request data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, email, analytics) and when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or Israel you also have the rights given by the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
