Your Sunday sermon, ready to share by Monday morning, in your language
Sermon Pack watches your YouTube channel, picks up the livestream when it ends, and produces short vertical clips with native-language captions, a daily devotional series drawn from the sermon, and a WhatsApp-ready pack of text and images. Everything lands in a review queue for the pastor or media volunteer before anything is shared.
- Transcription and captions in Spanish, Portuguese and Korean are produced natively, not translated from English
- Nothing publishes automatically: every clip and devotional waits for a human approval, with the sermon timestamp shown next to it
- Scripture references follow the Bible version your church uses, and quotes come from the transcript, not from the model's memory
The sermon is the week's best content, and it disappears by Tuesday
Churches that stream on Sunday know the pattern: the sermon reaches the people in the room and a few hundred on YouTube, then nothing happens with it. Cutting clips, writing captions and preparing a devotional takes a volunteer four to six hours, so most weeks it does not get done.
English-speaking churches already pay for this: Pulpit AI, now owned by the church-software company Subsplash, charges $39–129 a month and reports thousands of churches as users. For Spanish-, Portuguese- and Korean-language congregations the same tools either do not support the language well, translate through English, or cost more than a small church's media budget.
Sermon Pack is built for those congregations: native-language transcription and writing, automatic pickup from YouTube, a WhatsApp pack because that is where your members actually are, and a price between $19 and $39 a month.

With Sermon Pack

How it works
- 1
Connect your YouTube channel
Paste your channel link and tell us the service time. Sermon Pack detects when a livestream ends and pulls the recording; you can also upload an MP4 or audio file.
- 2
Transcribe and mark the sermon
Within about an hour, the recording is transcribed in Spanish, Portuguese or Korean, the sermon is separated from worship and announcements, and Scripture references are tagged in the format of the version you selected.
- 3
Clips, devotional and pack are drafted
The system proposes 5–8 clips of 30–90 seconds with burned-in captions, a five-day devotional series (reading, short reflection and prayer per day), and a WhatsApp pack: summary, quote card and the clips in a mobile-friendly size.
- 4
Pastor reviews, team shares
Everything appears in a review queue with the exact timestamp in the sermon. Approve, edit or discard each item; approved items download or go to a shared folder for whoever posts.
Features
Automatic YouTube pickup
Monitors your channel and starts when the livestream ends. Works with unlisted streams and with services uploaded later. Manual upload is available for other platforms.
Native-language transcription
Spanish (Latin American and European), Brazilian and European Portuguese, and Korean, transcribed directly, with the preacher separated from other speakers. Accuracy depends on audio quality; you can fix names and terms in the review queue.
Vertical clips with captions
30–90 second clips cropped to 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Status, with word-level captions in the sermon's language and your church's colors and logo.
Five-day devotional series
Monday to Friday devotionals based on the sermon: the passage reference, a short reflection built from what the preacher actually said, and a prayer. Delivered as text and as simple image cards.
WhatsApp pack
A ready-to-forward message set: sermon summary, key quote, the clips as compressed videos, and the devotional for each day. Sized for WhatsApp's limits and formatted for groups and broadcast lists.
Bible version and naming
Choose the version your church uses (for example Reina-Valera 1960 or NVI in Spanish, Almeida Revista e Atualizada in Portuguese, 개역개정 in Korean). Book names and reference formats follow it; verse text appears only as the preacher read it, so we do not reproduce copyrighted Bible text.
Review queue with timestamps
Every item links to the second in the recording it came from, so a pastor can check context in one click. Nothing is posted without approval.
A look inside
What you see day to day: the working view and the monthly summary.
Who it's for
Spanish-language churches
Congregations in the US, Latin America and Spain that stream on YouTube and live on WhatsApp during the week. You get Monday-morning content in Spanish, in the preacher's words.
Portuguese-language churches
Brazilian and Portuguese congregations, including diaspora churches, with active WhatsApp groups and Instagram pages. You get Brazilian or European Portuguese captions and devotionals.
Korean-language churches
Korean congregations in Korea and the diaspora, often alongside an English-language ministry. You get Korean captions and devotionals that keep the honorific register, in clip sizes that also work for KakaoTalk.
Media volunteers and small church staff
One person who handles the stream, the Instagram page and the WhatsApp broadcast. You get a draft of everything by Monday morning and a queue to approve in 20 minutes.

Compared with the alternatives
- Pulpit AI (Subsplash)
- The established English-first option at $39–129 a month, with a broad feature set and a large church-software company behind it. If your church works mainly in English or already uses Subsplash, it is a strong choice. Sermon Pack costs less and works natively in Spanish, Portuguese and Korean.
- A volunteer with CapCut and ChatGPT
- Free in software, four to six hours a week in time, and dependent on one person staying available. Sermon Pack gives that volunteer a Monday-morning draft instead of a blank timeline.
- A freelance video editor
- Better creative judgment than any software, usually priced per video or per month at several times our price. Good for a flagship piece; rarely sustainable for every week's sermon in a small church.
Your first week
We onboard new churches within 2 business days. Your first pack is built from the most recent sermon on your channel so you can judge the quality before Sunday.
- Day 1: Sign-up call (30 minutes): connect YouTube, choose language and Bible version, upload logo and colors.
- Day 2: Account live. We process your latest sermon as a test and walk through the review queue with you.
- Sunday: First live pickup. Clips, devotional and WhatsApp pack are in the queue about an hour after the stream ends.
- Day 7: Review call: caption accuracy, clip selection, and any terms or names to add to your dictionary.
Security and data
- Recordings, transcripts and generated content are stored on servers we operate, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Transcription and drafting use AI models under business terms that do not permit training on your data.
- Only users you invite can see the review queue; nothing is published by us anywhere.
- Recordings are deleted 90 days after processing by default; transcripts and approved content stay while your account is active, are exportable, and are deleted 90 days after cancellation or within 14 days of a request.
Questions
How do you handle theological content? I don't want a machine preaching.
Neither do we. Devotionals and summaries are drawn from the sermon transcript, quote the preacher's own words, and carry the timestamp they came from. The system does not add doctrine, and every item requires a human approval before it leaves the queue. Your pastor remains the author; Sermon Pack is the editor's first draft.
Is the transcription really in my language, or translated from English?
It is produced directly in Spanish, Portuguese or Korean. Accuracy depends on audio quality and the preacher's accent; the review queue shows the full transcript so you can correct names, places and church-specific terms, and corrections are remembered for next week.
Our budget is small. What happens if we need to pause?
Pause or cancel from the dashboard any time; there is no annual contract. Your clips, devotionals and transcripts stay downloadable for 90 days after cancelling, and founding-customer pricing is kept if you return within a year.
Does it post to Instagram or WhatsApp for us?
No. Approved items are delivered to a shared folder, by email or as a download, and your team posts them. This keeps a person between the sermon and the public, and avoids platform rules on automated posting.
What if Subsplash or others add Spanish, Portuguese and Korean?
They may. We are a small team focused on these three languages, the WhatsApp pack and a lower price, and language quality is our whole product, not a feature. If a bigger tool serves you better one day, your content exports in standard formats.
Is the dashboard in my language?
The content we produce is fully in your language. The dashboard itself is currently in English; Spanish, Portuguese and Korean interface versions are planned, and founding churches will see them first. Support is in English.
Is the product live?
Yes, for founding churches. We onboard new accounts within 2 business days, including connecting your YouTube channel and processing your most recent sermon as a test. Founding-customer pricing is locked for 12 months.
