Online booking that knows what is already out on Saturday
Bounce Desk is booking software built for inflatable and party-rental operators: customers see only the items that are actually free for their date and delivery window, pay a deposit, sign the waiver, and get a price that already includes your delivery zone. Your crew gets a routed day sheet. It is priced for a business with a trailer and twenty units, not a warehouse.
- Availability is per item per time slot, with your setup and cleaning buffers, so the same castle is never promised to two parties.
- Delivery pricing by ZIP code or distance band, with surcharges for stairs, generators and late pickups, calculated before the customer books.
- Weather policy built in: a rain-check rule you define, applied in one click, with the customer notified automatically.
InflatableOffice, the category incumbent, lists plans at $124–264 per month plus add-ons, and has run a free-for-three-years promotion on its starter tier.

Source: checkcherry.comParty-rental software is priced for warehouses, so small operators run on texts and a spreadsheet
A new inflatable business starts with two or three units, a trailer and a phone that never stops. Bookings arrive by text, Facebook message and phone call. The owner checks a calendar, quotes delivery from memory, texts a price and hopes the deposit comes. Twice a season the same unit gets booked twice, or a customer disputes a cancellation policy they never actually saw.
The industry's main software does all of this well, but at $124–264 a month plus add-ons it costs more than a new operator clears on a slow weekend. General booking and rental tools are cheaper but do not understand delivery zones, blower counts, weather cancellations or crew routing, so the owner is back to doing those parts by hand.
Bounce Desk takes the rental-specific features that matter to a small operation and delivers them at a flat price that still makes sense when the business has eight units.

With Bounce Desk
- Availability is per item per time slot, with your setup and cleaning buffers, so the same castle is never promised to two parties.
- Delivery pricing by ZIP code or distance band, with surcharges for stairs, generators and late pickups, calculated before the customer books.
- Weather policy built in: a rain-check rule you define, applied in one click, with the customer notified automatically.
- Per-item availability
- Delivery-zone pricing
How it works
- 1
Load your inventory
Add each unit with photos, dimensions, power needs, setup time, cleaning buffer and price. Group packages and add-ons such as tables, chairs, generators and concessions. About an hour for a typical fleet.
- 2
Set zones, policies and waivers
Define delivery zones by ZIP list or distance band with fees, set the deposit percentage, tax, your weather and cancellation rules, and paste your waiver text for e-signature.
- 3
Customers book online
A booking page on your domain shows only available items for the chosen date and window, calculates delivery and add-ons, collects the deposit by card and the signed waiver, and sends a confirmation.
- 4
Run the weekend
Each crew gets a day sheet ordered by stop with addresses, map links, setup specs and customer phone numbers; delivery and pickup are checked off on a phone, with photos.
Features
Per-item availability
Each unit is tracked by date and time window, including setup, pickup and cleaning buffers. Multi-day events and overnight pickups are supported; a unit under repair can be blocked.
Delivery-zone pricing
Zones by ZIP list or distance band from your base, each with a fee and minimum order. Surcharges for stairs, long carries, generator rental and after-hours pickup are selectable by the customer.
Deposits and payments
Collect a deposit or full payment by card through Stripe or Square; the balance can be charged automatically before the event or collected on delivery and recorded.
E-signed waivers and rental terms
Your waiver and rental agreement are signed on screen during booking and stored as a PDF with timestamp and IP address, and re-sent if the renter changes.
Weather and cancellation rules
Define your rain-check policy: cutoff hours, reschedule credit or refund percentage. Apply it to one booking or a whole day; customers get the notice and credit automatically.
Crew routing and day sheets
Assign bookings to crews; stops are ordered by time window and distance with Google Maps links. Crews check off delivery, setup photos and pickup from a phone.
Customer reminders
Automated email and text confirmations, a reminder two days before with power and space requirements, and a post-event review request pointing to the link you choose.
Accounting exports
Bookings, payments, taxes collected and refunds exported as CSV for QuickBooks or your accountant.
A look inside
What you see day to day: the working view and the monthly summary.
Who it's for
First-season inflatable operators
You bought two or three units and want to look professional from the first booking. Bounce Desk gives you online booking, a deposit and a signed waiver for $29 a month, and grows with you.
Established small party-rental companies
Fifteen to thirty-five items, a couple of part-time crews, and a spreadsheet that has reached its limit. You get availability you can trust and a day sheet your crew can follow.
Tent, table-and-chair and photo-booth rentals
The same model without blowers: per-item availability, delivery zones, waivers and crew routing work for any delivered rental.

Compared with the alternatives
- InflatableOffice
- The incumbent, with years of features, listed at $124–264 per month plus add-ons. It suits larger operations with many units and marketing needs. With 80 items and two warehouses, it is probably the better fit.
- Goodshuffle Pro, Booqable and TapGoods
- Capable rental software built for event and equipment rental companies generally. They tend to cost more than Bounce Desk and do not specialize in inflatables, so weather rules, blower and power specs and crew photos are missing or generic.
- Check Cherry and general booking tools
- Check Cherry lists $29–139 per month and handles event bookings and contracts well, but is not built around per-item inventory, delivery zones and crew routing.
- Spreadsheet, Facebook messages and Square
- Free, and how most operators start. It works until the first double-booking or the first customer who says they never agreed to the cancellation policy.

Your first week
We set up new accounts within 2 business days and bring your upcoming bookings into the system for you.
- Day 1: Sign up, add your units with photos and specs, connect Stripe or Square. Send us your existing bookings.
- Day 2–3: Your booking page is live with zones, waiver and policies configured; existing bookings are loaded and availability is correct.
- Day 4–5: The first weekend's day sheets go to your crew; we review the routing with you.
- Day 7: Check-in on anything customers found confusing on the booking page, pricing tweaks and reminder wording.
Security and data
- Customer and booking data is stored on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily encrypted backups.
- Card details are handled by Stripe or Square; we never see or store card numbers.
- Signed waivers are stored as PDFs with timestamp and IP address and remain available for as long as your account is active.
- Crew logins see only their day sheet, not payments or customer history; owners can revoke access instantly.
- On cancellation you can export everything; data is deleted 90 days after the account closes, or sooner on request.
Questions
Can customers book without talking to me first?
Yes, that is the point. The booking page shows only items free for their date and window, prices delivery by zone, collects the deposit and waiver, and emails you. You can also require manual approval for certain items or dates.
How do you handle rain?
You define your policy once: cutoff hours, whether the customer gets a reschedule credit or a refund, and how much. On a rainy day you select the affected bookings and apply the policy; customers are notified and credits are tracked on their account.
Can I pause in the off-season?
Yes. Pause your subscription for up to 6 months at no charge; your booking page shows a reopening date, your data is kept, and you resume with one click.
Is a waiver signed on a phone enforceable?
Electronic signatures are widely recognized in the US, and we store the signed PDF with timestamp and IP address. Whether your waiver's wording protects you is a legal question: have a lawyer review it and check your insurer's requirements. Bounce Desk is booking software, not legal advice.
Do you charge per booking or take a percentage?
No. You pay the flat monthly price. Card processing fees go to Stripe or Square at their published rates; we add nothing on top.
Can I import my existing bookings and customers?
Yes. Send us a CSV or a screenshot of your calendar during onboarding and we load upcoming bookings and customers so your availability is correct from day one.
How long does it take to get started?
Loading a typical fleet takes about an hour. We onboard new accounts within 2 business days, including your booking page, zones, payment connection and the import of upcoming bookings.
